The project included the installation of a single trench double pipeline 8,848 linear feet 12 inch and 16 inch pipelines across 12 blocks of commercial and residential streets, a major highway and a golf course.
Marina Del Rey 24 Inch Feedline, Marina del Rey, CA for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works. Contract Amount $ 3.2 Million. The project included installation of a 24 inch steel waterline 5,700 linear feet long across seven blocks of residential and commercial neighborhoods.
Metropolitan State Hospital Water Lines Refurbishment, Norwalk, CA for Central Basin Municipal Water District. Contract Amount $ 750,000. The project consisted of the installation of an 8 inch waterline 1,200 linear feet long across an active mental hospital as the patients actively lived on the hospital grounds.
Washington Grade Separation, Los Angeles, CA for Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority (ACTA). Contract Amount $ 2.9 Million. The project involved the reconstruction of 3 blocks of a street including storm drains, sidewalks, curb & gutter, paving, street lighting and landscaping. The second phase was the replacement of an 8’ by 8’ concrete box culvert 25’ deep 280’ long with a new box that is 9’ by 9’culvert, adjacent to an active train track 25’ away.

I was also responsible with the office support of various projects that included the construction of parks, golf courses, and streetscapes.
Queensway Rainbow Harbor, Long Beach, California for the City of Long Beach. Contract Amount $ 23.2 Million. The project has had many numerous architectural, structural and design changes. The majority of the project incorporates one of a kind custom-made specialty items and involves numerous suppliers and subcontractors. The project included landscape, irrigation system, shotcrete, concrete pavers, brick pavers, precast benches, IPE wood furniture, graphic arts, light mast poles, guard rails, hand rails, pier, granite fountain with computerized water show, floating docks and several buildings. Scheduling was extremely important since we had a definite finish date set by the City several years before.
